SPORTS UPDATE: Congratulations to South Lewis and Beaver River Varsity Cross Country on taking Section III Championships
MOUNT MARKHAM- Two North Country area schools took home Section III titles for varsity cross country during the championship race on Saturday.
South Lewis Boys Varsity took the title for Class C with a team score of 70.
Meanwhile, Beaver River Boys Varsity took the Class D title with a team score of 39 and Beaver River Girls Varsity took the Class D title with a team score of 58.
