State Police arrest Lewis County resident on felony accusation for criminally possessing stolen property

GREIG- A Lewis County area resident is faced with a felony charge that stems from a larceny case in September.

On Monday afternoon, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged James R. Sees, 52, of Greig, NY with one felony count of criminally possessing stolen property in the fourth-degree (property values exceeding $1,000).

According to Troopers, this arrest stems from a larceny investigation that began on September 11 in the town of Greig.

At press time, Troopers said that Sees was issued with an appearance ticket.
