WEBB- An Oswego County resident is faced with a pair of charges that trace back to a reported domestic dispute toward the end of last month in the Western Adirondacks.

On Monday afternoon, the New York State Police (Herkimer) arrested and charged Eric M. Mickalenko, 44, of Williamstown, NY with one misdemeanor count each of assault in the third-degree and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17.

According to Troopers, this arrest stems from a domestic related complaint on October 28 in the town of Webb.

At press time, police said that Mickalenko’s arrest status suggested an appearance for centralized arraignment.

There were no further details provided.
