State Police: Boonville woman charged with assault in wake of alleged incident in Annsville

ANNSVILLE- A woman from Northern Oneida County is charged in the wake of an alleged assault this week, authorities say.

Shyanne A. Farr, 36, of Boonville, NY was arrested Thursday evening by the New York State Police (Lee). She is officially charged with one misdemeanor count of assault in the third-degree (w/intent to cause physical injury).

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from an assault investigation in the town of Annsville Wednesday night.

At press time, police said that Farr was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
