State Police charge North Country resident with unauthorized vehicle use in Jefferson County

WEST CARTHAGE- A North Country area resident is accused of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in Jefferson County.

According to the New York State Police (Carthage), Dorothy E. Guadalupe, 28, of Carthage, NY was formally charged on Sunday night for one misdemeanor count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (w/out owner’s consent).

Troopers said this arrest was made stemming from a complaint back on February 15 in the village of West Carthage.

At press time, authorities said that Guadalupe was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
