STATE POLICE INVESTIGATORS: Lowville resident facing three felony child pornography charges in Lewis County

NEW BREMEN- A local resident is faced with numerous felony obscenity and child pornography charges in Lewis County, investigators are reporting.

Willard E. Bailey, 61, of Lowville, NY was arrested Wednesday morning by the New York State Police (Lowville). Bailey is formally charged with one felony count each of promoting a sexual performance by a child under 17, possessing a sexual performance by a child under 16 (w/access to view) and disseminating unlawful surveillance of an image in the first-degree.

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from an investigation in the town of New Bremen, which began on July 1.

At press time, police said that an investigation was pending.

Meanwhile, an arrest status for Bailey was not listed as of this publication and there were no further details available to report.
