State Police make felony DWI arrest in town of Pinckney

PINCKNEY- A resident from the Central New York area is accused of felony intoxicated driving in Lewis County, authorities say.

Kevin L. Ellers, 27, of Auburn, NY was arrested Saturday afternoon by the New York State Police (Orleans Interstate). Ellers is formally charged with felony DWI (w/a prior offense within ten-years) and DWI.

According to Troopers, the arrest was made in the town of Pinckney. At press time, police said that Ellers was issued with an appearance ticket.
