State Police: Poland resident charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation

HERKIMER- A local resident is accused of felony unlicensed operation in the Mohawk Valley, authorities say.

Cody J. Kinsella, 22, of Poland, NY was arrested Wednesday evening by the New York State Police (Herkimer). Kinsella is formally charged with one felony count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the first-degree.

According to Troopers, the charge was filed in the town of Herkimer, Herkimer County.

At press time, police said that Kinsella was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
