RUSSIA- The New York State Police in Herkimer are receiving numerous complaints of individuals riding unlicensed vehicles in the areas of Russia and Military Roads, in the Town of Russia.

The State Police and Herkimer County District Attorney’s Office will also investigate specific cases involving juveniles operating in this manner and will take appropriate criminal action against any individuals found to be facilitating these incidents.

State Police officials encourage residents and motorists in the area to contact 9-1-1 or the State Police Herkimer at 315-866-7112 to report these incidents.
