Suspect charged with aggravated DWI in town of Lowville: NYSP

LOWVILLE- A North Country area resident is charged for alleged DWI in Lewis County.

On Tuesday afternoon, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged Brett J. Derouchie, 42, of Chase Mills, NY with one count of aggravated DWI (w/a .18 of 1% BAC) and DWI (first offense).

According to Troopers, these charges were filed sometime shortly before 3:00 p.m. Tuesday in the town of Lowville.

At press time, authorities said that an investigation was still pending. Meanwhile, Derouchie was released to a third party.
