
LOWVILLE- A North Country area resident is charged for allegedly stealing clothing from a local co-op.
On Friday, the Village Police Department announced the arrest of Zane Mono, 30, of Watertown, NY for one count of petit larceny.
The previous weekend on the 14th of March, Mono is reported to have entered the Lowville Farmers Co-Op before stealing nearly $260 worth of clothing items.
Police said that Mono fled from the area, but was then arrested and charged by the Village of Boonville Police Department for a separate incident.
Mono was issued with an appearance ticket, which is returnable to Lowville Town Court at a later date.
