Taberg Man Accused of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and Illegal Possession in the Town of Ava
TOWN OF AVA-A 52 year old Taberg man was arrested aggravated unlicensed operation and possession of a controlled substance following an early Sunday morning vehicle stop in the Town of Ava. New York State Police from the Lee Barracks charged Ted A. Croniser with one count Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree: a Class A misdemeanor, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree: a Class U misdemeanor. Croniser was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Ava Court at a later date. The incident was listed as “pending investigation” as of Sunday morning.
