Three North Country residents accused of felony criminal possession of stolen property in Lewis County, according to State Police

DIANA- Three North Country residents are faced with accusations, including felonies, stemming from reports of a stolen property case in Lewis County, authorities say.

Randy H. Hartle, 48, of Glen Park, NY, Shayna M. Chatterton, 37, of Watertown, NY and Jesse D. Weeks, 42, of Dexter, NY were all arrested and formally charged Monday morning by the New York State Police (Lowville) with one felony count each of criminally possessing stolen property in the second-degree (>$50,000).

In addition, Hartle was also charged with a misdemeanor count of criminally possessing a controlled substance in the seventh-degree.

According to Troopers, these charges were all filed in the town of Diana.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending. An arrest status was not available for the three suspects.
