LOWVILLE- The water conserve notice for Town of Lowville residents - District One - no longer applies.

Town officials issued a notice late Thursday, indicating a malfunctioning water pump.

However, the problem has been resolved and the notice has now been rescinded, according to an official notice Friday morning.
