WEBB- Police say a road rage incident last month in the Western Adirondack has resulted in charges filed against a local man.

Ryan A. Peters, 31, of Remsen, NY was arrested on February 2 by the Town of Webb Police. He is officially charged with counts of criminal mischief in the third-degree and harassment in the second-degree, according to Chief of Police Ron Johnston.

On January 28, police were called out to a criminal mischief complaint along State Route 28 in the town of Webb.

Officers determined Peters allegedly damaged someone else’s property on purpose. Furthermore, police learned he struck the victim three times following a verbal altercation.

Mr. Peters reportedly surrendered himself over to Webb Police. Following processing, he was released on an appearance ticket.

His charges are returnable to Webb Town Court.
