Once Queen III was confirmed to be the alleged subject of the complaint, police determined he reportedly drove to the business, while intoxicated, and possessed an open alcoholic beverage container in his vehicle.

Queen III was processed and released with appearance tickets, with all charges returnable to Webb Town Court at a later date.

No further details were provided.
