
WEBB- A traffic stop last Friday in the Western Adirondacks resulted in a DWI arrest, authorities say.
Trevor J. Rice, 30, of Inlet, NY was arrested by the Town of Webb Police shortly before 11:30 p.m. Friday, February 23. Rice is officially charged with DWI, DWI (w/a BAC > .08%) and failing to stop at a stop sign.
According to Chief of Police Ron Johnston, patrols observed a Sedan failing to stop at the intersection of Crosby Boulevard and Park Ave.
A traffic stop was subsequently initiated on South Shore Road, where Rice, the alleged driver, appeared to be intoxicated.
He was taken to the Webb Police Station for processing and issued with uniform traffic tickets, which are all returnable to Webb Town Court at a later date.
