TROOPERS: Carthage resident accused of criminally possessing controlled substance, aggravated unlicensed operation

WILNA- A North Country area resident is accused of drug possession and unlicensed operation in Jefferson County.

According to the New York State Police (Carthage), Aiden Waylon Paul Mono was arrested on Thursday for one count each of criminally possessing a controlled substance in the seventh-degree and aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree.

Troopers said these charges were all filed Thursday afternoon in the town of Wilna.

At press time, authorities said that Mono was issued with an appearance ticket.
