Troopers charge Ballston Lake area resident with DWI charges in Lewis County

WEST TURIN- A resident from Eastern New York State is accused of DWI offenses in Lewis County.

Jordan Daniel Weston Guerrero, 33, of Ballston Lake, NY was arrested late Friday night by the New York State Police (Lowville) on one count each of DWI (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC first offense).

According to Troopers, these charges all stem from a traffic stop shortly before 10:30 p.m. Friday in the town of West Turin.

At press time, authorities said that Guerrero was released to a third-party.
