Troopers charge Herkimer County resident with intoxicated driving in Newport

NEWPORT- A local resident from Herkimer County is accused of intoxicated driving.

Shortly before 2:00 a.m. Friday, the New York State Police (Poland) arrested and charged Adam J. Boepple, 37, of Newport, NY with one count of DWI (first offense).

According to Troopers, the charge was filed in the town of Newport.

At press time, police said that Boepple issued with an appearance ticket.
