NYSP: Remsen resident charged with aggravated intoxicated driving in Boonville

BOONVILLE- A local resident from Oneida County is accused of intoxicated driving.

Late Thursday night, the New York State Police (Marcy) arrested and charged Briana Rose Bowen, 30, of Remsen, NY with aggravated DWI (BAC of .18% or greater) and DWI (first offense).

According to Troopers, these charges were filed in the town of Boonville.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending. Meanwhile, Bowen was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
