Troopers charge Lewis County resident for circumventing interlock device, unlicensed operation

LEWIS- A Lewis County resident is accused of driving without an interlock device.

On Monday morning, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged Crystal Miller, 31, of Croghan, NY with one count each of circumventing an interlock device (operating motor vehicle w/out such device) and aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree.

According to Troopers, these charges were filed in the town of Lewis on Monday morning.

At press time, police said that Miller was issued with an appearance ticket.
