Troopers charge Lewis County resident with aggravated unlicensed operation in Potsdam

POTSDAM- A resident from Lewis County is accused of unlicensed operation in the North Country.

It was shortly before 1:00 a.m. Wednesday when the New York State Police (Canton) arrested and charged Ellie L. Murray, 49, of Copenhagen, NY with one count of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third-degree.

According to Troopers, this charge was filed in the village of Potsdam, NY.

At press time, police said that Murray was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
