TROOPERS: Herkimer County resident accused of DWI in town of Russia

RUSSIA- Authorities say a DWI arrest was made Sunday evening in Herkimer County.

New York State Police (Herkimer) report that Adam T. Leigh, 41, of Cold Brook, NY is formally charged with one count each of aggravated DWI (.18 of 1% BAC or greater) and DWI (first offense).

According to Troopers, these charges were filed shortly before 7:00 p.m. Sunday in the town of Russia.

At press time, authorities said that Leigh was released to a third-party.
