TROOPERS: Local resident accused of disobeying court order in Boonville

BOONVILLE- A resident from the Southern Lewis County area is faced with an accusation stemming from a reported domestic incident this week in Northern Oneida County.

On Monday night, the New York State Police (Remsen) arrested and charged Justin A. Nellenback, 26, of Port Leyden, NY with one misdemeanor count of criminal contempt in the second-degree (disobey court order).

According to Troopers, the arrest was made in the town of Boonville.

At press time, police said that an investigation was still pending, while Nellenback’s arrest status suggested an appearance for centralized arraignment.

There were no further details provided.
