TROOPERS: Local resident charged with felony intoxicated driving with a child in Lowville

LOWVILLE- A local resident is accused of felony intoxicated driving with a child in Lewis County.

On Monday afternoon, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged Jeffrey Brian Hulbert, 40, of Lowville, NY with one felony count each of aggravated DWI (w/a child passenger under 16) and aggravated unlicensed operation in the first-degree, along with regular DWI and a misdemeanor charge of acting in a manner injurious to a child (under the age of 17).

According to Troopers, this arrest was made on Monday afternoon in the town of Lowville.

At press time, Hulbert’s arrest status was listed as held (w/no bail).
