Troopers make felony DWI arrest following personal injury crash in Oneida County

TRENTON- A property damage accident with injuries, which occurred over the weekend in Oneida County, has resulted in a felony DWI arrest, authorities say.

Anna I. Lamendola, 29, of Barneveld, NY was arrested Saturday afternoon by the New York State Police (Remsen). Lamendola is formally charged with one felony count of DWI (w/two previous convictions of designated offenses within ten-years).

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from a property damage accident, with personal injuries, which was reported Saturday in the town of Trenton on State Route 365.

Specific injuries were not mentioned in the initial reports from State Police.

An arrest status for Lamendola was not provided at press time.
