TROOPERS: Rome resident accused of aggravated DWI in Oneida County

TRENTON- A resident from the Mohawk Valley region is accused of intoxicated driving in Oneida County, authorities say.

Diane R. Jalowiec, 69, of Rome, NY was arrested Sunday night by the New York State Police (Remsen). Jalowiec is formally charged with one count each of aggravated DWI (per se-no prior) and DWI (first offense).

According to Troopers, these charges were filed in the wake of a traffic stop in the town of Trenton shortly after 8:30 p.m.

At press time, police said Jalowiec was released to a third-party.
