Turin resident charged with criminal mischief, criminal trespass in Herkimer County

SALISBURY- A Lewis County area resident is faced with charges in the Mohawk Valley.

On Sunday afternoon, the New York State Police (Herkimer) arrested and charged Ethan Joseph Billhardt, 23, of Turin, NY with one misdemeanor count each of criminal trespass in the second-degree and criminal mischief (w/intent to damage property).

According to Troopers, these charges stem from a domestic dispute complaint, which was filed earlier that afternoon in the town of Salisbury, Herkimer County.

At press time, Billhardt's arrest status suggested an appearance for centralized arraignment.

There were no further details provided.
