Two charged for allegedly pelting Boonville house with apples, Village Police Department says

BOONVILLE- A pair of local suspects accused of pelting a house with apples over the summer are facing charges.

According to the Boonville Village Police Department, Chad Roberts, 20, and Michael G. Roberts, 18, both of Boonville, NY were arrested last month on charges of disorderly conduct. 

On August 14, 2026, police officers were made aware of an incident where apples were thrown at a house on 104 Seiter Street, startling the homeowner and damaging lattice.

The investigation determined that both Chad and Michael had allegedly thrown the apples at the house.

Both suspects were issued appearance tickets to appear in the Boonville Town Court at a later date.
