Lowville Police charge local resident for DWI after responding to motorist slumped over driver's wheel

LOWVILLE- A local resident is accused of DWI in the village.

According to the Lowville Police Department, patrols responded to a report of a motorist slumped over the driver's wheel at the drive-thru of a local eatery.

Investigation resulted in the arrest of Jeffrey Peebles, 42, of Lowville, NY for DWI and refusal to submit a breath test. 

Peebles was issued with appearance tickets and is due to answer the charges in Lowville Town Court at a later date.
