Two Herkimer County area suspects facing substance possession and unlicensed operation charges: NYSP

HERKIMER- Two local resident are facing substance possession and unlicensed operation charges in Herkimer County.

James M. Rehm, 40, of Poland, NY and Erica Clifford, 38, of Cold Brook, NY were both arrested and charged late Sunday by the New York State Police (Herkimer) for one misdemeanor count each of criminally possessing a controlled substance in the seventh-degree.

In addition, Rehm was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree.

Troopers said these charges were filed late Sunday night in the village of Herkimer, NY.

At press time, authorities said an investigation was still pending. Meanwhile, both Rehm and Clifford were issued with an appearance ticket.
