Two Teens Accused of Sexual Misconduct

TOWN OF MARTINSBURG-Two teens are facing a sexual misconduct charge following the investigation of a non-domestic child welfare endangerment incident that was reported in the Town of Martinsburg last month. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks arrested a 15-year-old from Galway in Saratoga County and a 16-year-old from Glenfield. Both were charged with one count of Sexual Misconduct, a Class A misdemeanor. They were each issued an appearance and will answer the charge in the Town of Martinsburg Court at a later date.
