Unauthorized motor vehicle use complaint in town of Ohio results in charge filed against CNY resident

OHIO- A resident from Central New York is accused of unauthorized use of a vehicle in Herkimer County.

Shortly after midnight on Thursday, the New York State Police (Herkimer) arrested Andrew R. Clemens, 29, of Canastota, NY with one misdemeanor count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (w/out the owner’s consent).

According to Troopers, this charge was filed in the town of Ohio following a complaint reported back in June.

At press time, police said that an investigation was still pending.

Meanwhile, there was no arrest status listed for Clemens and there were no further details provided.
