UPDATE: Additional teenage suspect arrested, charged in Town of Webb assault case

WEBB- An additional arrest has been made to an assault investigation in the Western Adirondacks.

On Wednesday night, the New York State Police (Remsen) arrested and charged a 16-year-old teenage suspect from Old Forge, NY for one misdemeanor count of assault in the third-degree (recklessly causing physical injury).

According to Troopers, this update pertains to a previously reported assault case in the town of Webb, where n 18-year-old suspect from Rome, NY (no age or gender provided via youthful offender status) and Brianna T. Alberico, 19, of New Hartford, NY were both charged with the same on June 17.

The incident was reported on June 2.

At press time, police said that the 16-year-old suspect was issued with an appearance ticket.
