Total snow accumulations of 5 to 9 inches. * WHERE...Northern Oneida, Seneca, Southern Cayuga and Onondaga counties. * WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 7 PM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates could approach 1 inch per hour briefly late Saturday afternoon into the evening.
