
JEFFERSON COUNTY- The man accused in a North Country sex offense case allegedly had sexual contact with three different females, all under the age of 13, according to authorities.
As recently reported by the New York State Police (Lowville), Timothy W. Youngs Jr., 29, of Clifton Springs, NY was charged with felony counts of predatory sexual assault of a child; criminal sex act in the first-degree and sex abuse in the first-degree.
In an update released via the New York State Police, investigators have determined that Youngs had sexual conduct with three different females on numerous occasions from October, 2019 through June, 2020.
All three were under the age of 13, police said.
These incidents reportedly took place in Jefferson County.
Youngs was jailed, without bail, and was scheduled to appear in Watertown City Court.
Jefferson County Child Protective Services, Jefferson County Child Advocacy Center, Erie County Child Advocacy Center, and the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office all assisted in the case.
