Total ice accumulations around around a quarter of an inch. For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy lake effect snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 7 and 14 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Madison, Northern Oneida, and Southern Oneida Counties. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 AM EST Monday. For the Winter Storm Warning, from 7 PM Monday to 7 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact Monday and Tuesday commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
