UPDATE: State Police make arrest in stolen ATV case in Harrisville

LEWIS COUNTY- An arrest has been made concerning the stolen ATV investigation in the very northern edge of Lewis County.

On Thursday, the New York State Police announced a felony charge of grand larceny in the third-degree filed against Ryan H. Kitts, 42, of Philadelphia, NY.

As originally reported, the ATV in question, a 2016 Honda Rancher, was allegedly stolen by Kitts from the State Street area of Harrisville, NY on the morning of May 15.

At press time, investigators said that Kitts was remanded to Lewis County Jail on $3,000 bail.

Kitts also received an appearance ticket, which is returnable to Diana Town Court at a later date.
