UPDATE: State Police provide specifics in Lewis County sex offense case

LEWIS COUNTY- Authorities have released an update regarding a North Country man, who is accused of sex offense charges in Lewis County.

As previously reported, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged Dylan C. Hoch Sr., 24, of Glenfield, NY with an A-II felony count of predatory sexual assault against a child.

In addition, Hoch was also charged with a misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a child.

According to the latest from State Police Investigators, Hoch allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with a female child on over 10 different occasions over a span of two-years.

Specifically, the victim was between the ages of 10 and 12 when the acts occurred, Troopers said.

Following an arraignment in Lewis County CAP Court, Hoch was remanded to the Lewis County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail.
