Vacant home fire under investigation in Lewis County

LEWIS COUNTY- No injuries were reported in a Friday morning blaze, which destroyed a vacant home in the town of Denmark.

With that said, officials say the fire remains under investigation. It happened at the corner of Roberts and Vorce Roads at around 5:00 a.m.

Fire officials claim the structure was fully engulfed by the time first responders arrived.

Members from West Carthage, Carthage, Castorland, Great Bend, Lowville and Natural Bridge Fire Departments all responded.
