Vandalism complaint in Constableville leads to arrest of local resident: NYSP

CONSTABLEVILLE- A local resident is faced with an accusation in the wake of a reported vandalism complaint this week in Southern Lewis County.

On Thursday afternoon, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged Randy Rudd, 55, of Constableville, NY with one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief (w/intent to damage property).

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from a vandalism complaint in the village of Constableville, NY.

At press time, Troopers said an investigation was pending.

Meanwhile, Rudd was issued with an appearance ticket and there were no further details provided.
