Watertown Man Arrested for D.W.I. in the Village of Carthage

VILLAGE OF CARTHAGE-A  51 year old Watertown man is accused of D.W.I. following a Sunday evening vehicle stop in the Village of Carthage. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Juan C. Aguado with one count each of Operating a Motor Vehicle with a .08 of 1 percent Blood Alcohol Content-First Offense and Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense; both Class U misdemeanors. Aguado was released to a third party and will answer the charges in the Village of Carthage Court at a later date.
