Watertown Resident Facing Harassment Charge in Watson
TOWN OF LOWVILLE-A 19 year old Watertown resident is charged with aggravated Harassment following a Saturday morning arrest in the Town of Lowville. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Skylee M. LaValley with one count of Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd Degree-Communicating a Threat; a Class A misdemeanor. LaValley was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Watson Court at a later date.
