Watertown Woman Arrested for D.W.A.I. following September Vehicle stop in West Carthage
TOWN OF WATERTOWN-A 46 year old Watertown woman was arrested Friday for felony D.W.A.I. drugs and other charges following an investigation into a September vehicle stop in the Village of West Carthage. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks arrested 46 year old Angela M. O Riley in Watertown on Friday and charged her with one count each of D.W.A.I.-Drugs-Prior Conviction within 10 years, a Class E Felony; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, a Class U misdemeanor;, and Use of a Vehicle without Interlock, a Class A misdemeanor. O Riley was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges in the Village of West Carthage Court.
