West Carthage Man Accused of Larceny in the Town of LeRay

TOWN OF LERAY-A 60 year old West Carthage man was facing a larceny charge in Jefferson County after a report of a larceny from a building in the Town of LeRay. New York State Police from the Watertown Barracks charged John Lichty with one count of Petit Larceny, a Class A misdemeanor. Lichty was issued  an appearance returnable to the Town of LeRay Court at a later date.
