Additional snow and sleet accumulations 6 to 11 inches and ice accumulations of between one quarter and one half of an inch, with the greatest icing expected across the southern half of the county. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph Sunday afternoon and night. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy lake effect snow possible. Total snow accumulations 9 to 18 inches possible in the most persistent lake snows across the southern half of the county.
