Woodgate Man Arrested for Drug Possession and Motor Vehicle Charges in the Town of Boonville
TOWN OF BOONVILLE-A 44 year old Woodgate man was arrested by New York State Police from the Remsen Barracks on Friday in the Town of Boonville and charged with vehicle and drug possession violations. Troopers charged Lance M. Hoffert with one count each of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree with 3 or more suspensions, 3 or more separate dates, Motor Vehicle Violation-Registration suspended and Failure to Return License/Registration/Plates After Revocation Under Article 7; all Class U misdemeanors. He was also charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Hoffert was issued an appearance and will answer the charge in the Town of Boonville Court at a later date.
