Forestport Resident Arrested for Aggravated D.W.I. in the Town of Boonville

TOWN OF BOONVILLE-A 37 year old Forestport resident is accused of D.W.I. following a Friday vehicle stop in the Town of Boonville. State Troopers from the Remsen Barracks charged Kelsey B. Tokle with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Aggravated D.W.I. Per Se with a Blood Alcohol Count of .18 of 1 Percent Alcohol or more in Blood with No Priors; both Class U misdemeanors. Tokle was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Boonville Court at a later date.
