The program includes a powerpoint presentation, recipes and foraging handouts, and a tasting. Jocelen is a summer resident of Old Forge. Her interest in foraging started at a young age while camping with her family where she learned to identify edible wild berries. After attending a foraging workshop several years ago, her passion was reignited and she has browsed through dozens of books and websites to broaden her knowledge.
